INSTALL & VERIFY

  1. Download on the device that will run it. The file is not distributed by any other channel.
  2. Verify the digest before installing: sha256sum basimo-*.apk must equal the SHA-256 above.
  3. Open the file. Allow installation from this source for the browser once, install, then revoke that permission.
  4. Launch BASIMO, confirm the endpoint, and authenticate with your passcode. Sessions are held in memory only.

ON THE DEVICE

The app keeps no session on disk, is excluded from Google backup and device transfer, blocks screen capture, and pins the server certificate chain. Uninstalling removes everything it ever stored.
